I am helping my current landlord find new tenants (as I, and my current roommates are moving out) for his apartment (Västerled 16B). The apartment is four rooms, two bathrooms. I already have two tenants who are interested, and therefore we are looking for one potential tenants for the apartment. The apartment is in total 20.000 SEK (~6666 SEK pr. person pr. month), and includes all utilities + internet. The apartment is partially furnished (fully furnished kitchen, rooms include a bed, chair, storage/wardrobe and lighting).
